Brookhaven, PA 19015 Contract Amount: $744,660.00 Contract Scope: Includes demolition, new bleachers, press box, electrical & site improvements Bleacher Contractor: TSI Sports Group, Nazareth, PA & Southern Bleachers, Graham, Texas Project Description: Rose Tree Media School District planned to replace the original 1950’s concrete bleachers at Penncrest High School to better serve fans and players. Architecture FURST provided the design services to install new steel bleachers, press box and provide ramp access from the high school and parking lot down to the track and playing field level. The new design raised and improved spectator sight lines, provided a handicap compliant ramp, new concrete stairs and landscape.
