Project Description: As part of the Nazareth Area School District long term capital project plan, Architecture FURST PC prepared the design for a new district Maintenance & Central Warehouse Building. The new 21,000 square foot facility includes a central office for the Maintenance and Food Service Departments. It also includes a central warehouse, parts department, bulk refrigeration and freezer for district wide purchasing and storage. Another wing of the building includes a 4 bay garage capable of storing and maintaining up to 12 full size vehicles and lawn care equipment. A HVAC and carpentry shop allows the district to perform maintenance and repairs on various types of district furniture and equipment. |
