Project Description:
Architecture FURST PC teamed with D’Huy Engineering in the conversion of the former Bucks County Library into the new Richland Township, Chief Stuart J. Woods Memorial Police Facility. The existing 8,000+ square foot brick building was converted into a community police facility with public meeting room, department offices for the police chief and squad room, weapon storage, officer weight training room, evidence holding and secure detainee cells. A new 4 bay sally port garage was added to allow for secure transfer of detainees into the processing area. |
